NC Licensed Massage Therapist
I work intuitively and intentionally to create a relaxing therapeutic environment, helping clients feel connected to their bodies.
With a goal-oriented approach to client care, I aim to help every client improve daily wellbeing and physical performance by identifying and targeting sources of pain, discomfort, and restriction, in an effort to restore balance.
Your goals are my goals. Each session is driven by my knowledge of the body, and your desire for improvement.
Outside of work, I love to spend time hiking, birdwatching, and doing all sorts of crafts.

NC Licensed Massage Therapist
For more than twenty years, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people feel comfortable, capable, and confident in their bodies.
Over time, I’ve combined my skills and passions into a multifaceted practice as a licensed massage therapist and esthetician, certified yoga instructor, and National Academy of Sports Medicine–certified personal trainer, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m at home tending to my gardens and caring for three goats, two dogs, one cat, and a spirited flock of chickens with my partner, Bruce.
My approach to wellness is informed by my extensive professional training, personal wellness practices and the grounding influence of a nature-centered lifestyle.
